Adapting to the device allowed her to seamlessly connect with all her grandchildren, however, navigating its QWERTY keyboard posed a significant challenge due to her lack of familiarity with such technology. This struggle was akin to attempting to craft a coherent message by piecing together letters from a jumbled alphabet. The introduction of this custom keyboard transformed her texting experience, rendering the act effortless and enjoyable.</p>
